Shionogi became the controlling shareholder with shareholding of 100% held in C&O

Shionogi completed the acquisition of Sumitomo Corporation’s 29% stake in C&O in December 2019. Upon completion of the acquisition, Shionogi became the sole shareholder with shareholding of 100% held in C&O.
